Who we are

TapApprove ("we," "us") provides review monitoring and response services for businesses at tapapprove.com. Contact: Techadventure57@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, business name, and billing details when you sign up.
• Google Business Profile data: when you connect your profile, we access your business's public reviews and, with your authorization, post replies you approve. We request only the permissions needed to provide the service.
• Usage data: which digest emails are opened and which replies are approved, edited, or skipped, so the service works and improves.

How we use it

To monitor your reviews, draft suggested replies, deliver your digest emails, post the replies you approve, bill your subscription, and support you. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Suggested replies are drafted using third-party AI language-model providers. Review text (which is already public) and your business name are processed for this purpose. We do not send your billing or account credentials to AI providers.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Cancel anytime; on request we delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Google API disclosure

TapApprove's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply.
